Shipping policy
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM MDT are processed on the same business day.
Orders submitted after 2:00 PM MDT are processed on the following business day.
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays).
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your country or region. While we do not provide or guarantee exact arrival dates, the following are estimated timeframes for your reference:

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, we kindly request that you wait for another 10 – 14 business days, to allow for any customs inspections or possible postal delays in your area.
Should the order still not arrive by this time, please contact us so that we can open an inquiry with our shipping partner.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Shipping Costs
We provide flat-rate shipping:
● United States: $4.99
● International: $6.99
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will be sent an automated-email containing tracking information. Standard couriers can take up to 48 hours to generate shipment information onto their tracking website. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please contact us so that we can open an inquiry with the shipper.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Shipping & Customs
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Berti Blanc cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed:
● Please wait until the full estimated delivery window has passed before contacting support.
● Most delayed packages are delivered shortly after the estimated timeframe.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at sales@bertiblanc.com and we’ll assist you.
Shipping Protection
When in your cart you proceed to include our Shipping Protection service we promise to replace your parcel from loss, damage during shipping, or theft.
Order Cancellation
If less than 24h have passed from the placement of your order, please contact us urgently so that we can open an inquiry.
We should be able to cancel your order.
Please note that if more than 24h have passed from the placement of your order, no changes can be made. Your order will be sent to the address entered at checkout.
If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed.
Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
If you wish to return the items upon receipt, please contact us or send us an email at sales@bertiblanc.com promptly to start a return.
