We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below before starting a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Request within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be shipped back within 30 days with a valid tracking number.
- Proof of purchase may be required
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To start a return, contact us at sales@bertiblanc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return labels
- Returns without prior approval will be rejected

If your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions on how to send the item back.

We cannot update shipping addresses after an order has been transferred to the freight carrier - usually after 24h form the placement of the order. Berti Blanc is not liable for failed deliveries, destroyed, or returned packages due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
If you order hasn't arrived after 60 days form the placement of the order you are automatically eligible for an immediate refund.
Return shipping cost responsibility
We do not cover return shipping costs and do not provide return labels - customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
● The refund will be issued to your original payment method
● Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
If the item doesn’t fit, we will gladly replace it with the correct size—free of charge within 30 days.

Exchanges & Replacements (General Issues)
We aim for your complete satisfaction. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we can generally offer a complimentary free replacement or exchange without requiring a return.
To qualify:
- One free exchange or replacement per order
- Request within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be first-time exchange
- Replacement must be of equal or lesser value
In most cases, no return is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items already replaced
- Items that were replaced at no cost due to claims of loss or missing shipments without supporting proof
Any non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately via our Contact Form or mail us at sales@bertiblanc.com.
We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours from the time of purchase—regardless of shipping status.
If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us immediately through the Contact Form or mail us at sales@bertiblanc.com.
Partial Refunds
In rare cases some customers may be offered a partial refund on their order.
Customers are not by any means whatsoever, entitled to a partial refund.
Customers with order values over $300.00 USD are ineligible for partial refunds, and must return the items in full to us for a full refund.
